Firstly Ross was able to provide a realistic dollar appraisal of my property's value in the market at the time of wanting to sell. Secondly as I was living in another city, Ross was in constant communication (email and phone) and I felt fully informed at all times about what was happening at all stages of the selling process. Derek kept us informed of possible leads, followed up after house openings and kept us abreast of what was happening in the market. Interest was initially slow so Derek changed the day and time of opening in an effort to garner interest. It was a pleasure having Derek as our agent for the recent sale of our home. He was very approachable and we did not hesitate to contact him with concerns and he was prompt in calling or returning calls.
