If you think differently, hop on to the internet and see how many properties sold without these packages. We bought our next house whilst our house was being sold by Elders. It had a virtual sales package that allowed us to access so much more information which in the end saved us time and research when comparing to other potential properties. Summary Elders Palmerston sold our house with competence and efficiency. The best part we are grateful for is that Gennie and Mimi are people centered professionals and do care about their customers. They would go the extra mile by running a hose over the lawn - checking on the pool level despite having gardeners and pool services in place. Standing the pot plants up after a storm and a few drive pasts on their way home and contacting us if things needed attention.
