My property was on the market longer than I expected especially with all that hype about shortage of rental properties. However, Aquire managed to find me suitable tenants after detailed screening. My only comment is there should have been better and more frequent communication from the agent rather than just the generic information about open for inspections, hence 1* less.

When my Tennant decided not to renew their lease , I was a tad worried The crew at Acquire ran 3-4 opens ( most agents do 1 and force you to accept one of the interested parties ) They don’t do that , they want the most suitable client and the best price.
