me and my wife were pleased with the outcome in getting the place in frankston. however we feel someone has passed away in the house due to fluid left on the carpet in one of the rooms which is currently under investigation. and cupboards blocking the holes in the wall + rubbish in the backyard which should have been removed as it wasn't their on our first visit to the house. but hey you get what you pay for as we were told. as communication goes, we spoke to darren twice out of the whole 3 week ordeal, we mostly liaised with an assistant from frankston Harcourt which she was very consistent on giving us updates on what was happening with the transition from buyer to seller.
