It was my first time buying a house so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect or how much of a headache it would be but thanks too Aaron being there from the start I don’t think it could have been easier, he clearly knew exactly how it all goes and explained everything too me for me to understand aswell. He always kept me in the loop and had things rolling from the start organising times for things that would suit both party’s. Aqwasun have been nothing but professional, respectful and considerate towards my tenants, the buyers and myself, the seller. I would recommend them to anyone. It's unfortunate that the buyers of one of my homes have put their personal issues into a bad review on Aqwasuns review page. Things mentioned for example were 3 outdoor blinds that were there at the home open NOT 5 that they believe should have been there due to a May 2018 photo on a rental page not associated with selling this property in 2022. This is something they should NOT be 'compensated' for because of their mistake. Is this AQWASUNS fault? NO Another 'they only had 20mins to look through the property because it had tenants in it' Correct - yet they made an $800,000 offer on a property they hadn't looked through properly?! Is this AQWASUNS fault? NO From what I have seen and understood, AQWASUN went above and beyond for the buyers including securing an earlier settlement at their request and doing a walk through knowing I, the owner will have recieved the keys the same day and not had a chance to go through it before they came. The buyer made many accusations (Inc rubbish - left by tenant behind shed but removed immediately, oven not working - oven was in good working order, just not aesthetically pleasing as seen at home open, bi-folds - good working order just couldnt work out how to open at the time but shown after via video and a lightbulb was missing which was replaced) in their review of Aqwasun simply because they werent happy with the answers they received. The buyers signed on the dotted line, accepted the house, moved in BUT still continued to complain about it online. To me it kind of sounds like they have a bad taste in their mouths by being told no and don't want to be accountable for their own mistakes by trying to discredit an amazing family owned business. THANKYOU AQWASUN for going above and beyond for my family, my friends and myself. I have been for 10 years and will continue to.
