A huge difficulty when trying to find a good property manager, is that usually a real estate agency's google reviews are filled with 5 star reviews for their sales team by satisfied customers, then there's the occasional 1 or 2 star review from a tenant where there was some type of dispute. This is why I felt it was important to leave this review and say how satified I am as a tenant with their property management Team. My application was processed extremely quickly, communication was great the entire time, and the few issues I brought up with the property after moving in were fixed straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through McGrath again, or hire them to manage a property of my own.
