Jason was very efficient with his communication and had many couples view the property.
I thought Jason over valued the property and the decision to go to auction the incorrect one.

Jason Wedge - the best communicator we have met in the real estate industry.
We met Jason at an open house for another property and were so impressed with his open and honest manner that we decided to engage him to market our Noosaville apartment. From the outset Jason was particularly dedicated to marketing our apartment. His knowledge of the market and strategy was spot on and he contacted us on a nearly daily basis with updates throughout the process. The result of his dedication was a great offer prior to auction which we were happy to move with. We cannot recommend Jason highly enough for your real estate needs and will definitely be using him in our next venture.

Possibly the best agent on the Sunshine Coast
The second time we have sold a property with Jason in the past 7 years. He works professionally and tirelessly in gaining the best possible price for your property. He is an expert networker and negotiator. His communication skills are excellent. We cannot recommend Jason Wedge highly enough.

I admired Jason for the attention to detail, the constant communication, and the willingness to assist in displaying my apartment to its utter best, always arriving early to do so. Although a number of people inspected the property, he was very honest to whether he felt they were genuine or not. Very happy with the sale result. Our original contact with Jason was at an earlier open house when we were inspecting for a friend, and he had followed through with a note to us to say he would be happy to help with any Real Estate enqquiries we may have in the future.
