Lindsay is an experienced agent with a deep knowledge of current trends and challenges in the local market. He provided helpful & accurate advice (particularly in relation to saleability & suggested listing price) & services. His fees were clearly stated & there were no hidden costs. We had an offer within 2 days of the property being listed, so we cannot comment on his services for properties which fail to sell after an extended period. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had gone through one home invasion and 4 further attempts. Her understanding of this and kindness was awesome. She advised me well on presenting my house and making suggestions that I was happy to follow. If I come back to Alice I will ask for her again and recommend her to friends. Unlike some agents I have met she listened to what I had to say suggesting other options when necessary. Just brilliant

We are very pleased that finally the property is sold despite a very challenging market. Lindsay was courteous and realistic in managing our expectation. We had good communications despite living in different state. He provided good advices in line with the market conditions and persevered instead of giving up. Lindsay always had our interest and went extra miles for us at the final hurdle to negotiate a higher price than offered and reduced long list of inspections request made by the buyer.
