This was a tricky prurchase because, though the house will eventually be my home, it was to be rented out for at least 18 months and I live in Darwin and the house is 1500 kms away. The sellers also lived interstate and were reluctantly selling their family home. Jo-Anne was fantastic, and dealt easily with the logisitics of everyone being in different parts of Australia. She facilitated access into the property outside of open house times so that friends could see inside and met me when I flew down for only a few hours. The purchase took place over Christmas and Jo-Anne helped to find conveyancers that were around at that time. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for Jo-Anne. The purchase went very smoothly and I was happy to have the property managed by Elders.

Thank you. You helped make our dream home a reality. Nothing was too much trouble for Lindsay and he had great communication without being pushy (which some agents can be). This is not my first house purchase and Lindsay gave me confidence in this purchase other agents had not. He was professional and on the ball at all times.

Had a fantastic experience with Ianne, could not have wished for a better person to liaise with. I had been trying to sell my house for some time but once I gave it to Ianne things started to move. She was so positive, it made me feel confident. She said 'I will have you out of there before the end of January ' - and she did. Cannot recommend Ianne highly enough.

Selling your home is never, NEVER fun......nor does it ever go to plan!! BUT Jo-Anne turned (what is usually expected to be) a very stressful process into a well managed, informed experience with a very positive outcome! Throughout the process, we were impressed with Jo-Anne's decency most of all. Never pushy, always communicating and just doing her honest best for both the buyer and seller alike. In an industry that is riddled with 'bold' agents, it was reassuring relief to have Jo-Anne selling our house - reported as one of the toughest times in life - we highly recommend her and her team.
