Very responsive
Since Kasey has taken over as our property manager, we have found her to be quite efficient and responsive with emails. At the beginning of becoming a tenant after 20 yrs of owning our own home, we found it to be a little unorganised but has definitely improved coming into our 2nd year of tenancy.

Easy process!
From application, to paying monies, to collecting keys, the process was straight forward and easy! As someone who hadn't rented in a long time, the process was step by step. Leasing team were always helpful and friendly at inspections, and happy to answer any questions.
