The Macarthur R. E. property management team carried out their roles with professionalism and were quickly responsive to any questions I had around the re letting process. The few maintenance issues requiring trade attendance were quickly dealt with. Overall the change over of tenancy was a seamless process.

Jess, Jade and Bethany were only a phone call away and were responsive to messages and emails. They kept me informed of the releasing procedures and tenant applications at every step of the way. Final choices on everything was obviously up to me but I followed their recommendations on all matters as they know real estate matters and i don't. My house was released within 1 week of the tenants moving out which was very quick. I recommend macurther real estate and especially Jess, Jade and Bethany.

Macarthur Real Estate Agents are good at communicating and updating in all aspects of the Rental property. They give me a full overview of the property after the Yearly- inspection, and give advice where necessary, on any improvement needed. Also allow me to make decisions based on the information they provide. Their market knowledge helps me keep up with any changes in Rental rates. They show a good professional relationship with me as a client. I am happy working with the Team at Macarthur Real Estate.

Supported my needs with a virtual inspection of the property as I could not attend in person, assisted with guiding me through the process and communicating the owners decisions with me so I was aware I could secure this property. Very responsive and helped me out a lot

The team reached me out soon after I submitted the rental application. Since I was living in a different state, they kindly arranged a video inspection of the property. Very responsive and Great communication from the team.
