I haven't had a good experience with most of the agents I've had for the property I lived in. They were not very good at communication. They very rarely responded to maintenance requests via email and then sometimes denied requests to fix basic things like heating. I was willing to attribute this partly to the landlord however they also were rude on the phone and rarely turned up for inspections. Would not recommend to renters due to this.
