Very friendly staff however we are still waiting weeks later to have maintenence requests completed. The air conditioner has been stuck on since christmas, the stove turns on when switched off... had been mentioned twice now. Sliding door needs fixing too... we avoided an emergency call out at Christmas in fairness to the owners and real estate as a christmas call out would have cost them a fortune. In thier defence though, electricians have inspected the problems and said they would return but have not. I dont like giving poor reviews, especially to the people in charge of my accommodation however after three emails asking for a rating and three weeks of no stove and not being able to turn the air conditioning off I felt it best to honour thier request.
