As Director of Xsell Property since its inception in 2015 with almost two decades of experience, Andrew has grown the company to a multiple award-winning agency. In 2022, Andrew was the winner for the Local Residential Salesperson of the Year Award in the Real Estate Institute of South Australia Awards for Excellence. Described by his clients as energetic, influential, and considerate, Andrew believes that keeping physically fit is a key factor to success. He enjoys soccer, karate and he plays the Bouzouki. He is the author of “Real Advice – How to sell your home for top dollar” and a Justice of the Peace for South Australia. Xsell Property was ranked in 2021 as the number one agency in South Australia in the Rate My Agent Awards, these awards are highly valued as they are determined by consumer feedback. As a consecutive award winner for the Rate My Agent Awards since 2017, Andrew maintained his ranking in 2021 in the Top 5 Agents in South Australia. Today Tonight, Channel 10 News, Sunrise and Top Agent Magazine have each featured Andrew to showcase his unique marketing style which has led to him becoming a trusted figure in the industry. This has allowed him to tour the country, coaching other agents at high profile seminars. Andrew has been fortunate enough to share the stage with two of his mentors namely Sir Richard Branson and Dr Eric Thomas.
