Micheal was fantastic from start to finish. Really adaptive to the COVID-19 situation and really went above and beyond to assist with purchasing my first property. Good communication and very patient, willing to answer numerous questions, and explaining the buying process very clearly. Did everything to the best of his ability to make this a smooth process and organise inspections once the restrictions lifted after purchase. Overall top experience, and a fair agent, would highly recommend.

I found Peter is very friendly and easy to approach. Importantly, he is very precise to required assistance and follows his words. I will be happy to do future transactions through him.

Michael's knowledge of the market made our experience in both our sale and purchase to downsize. Michael made our transactions seem easy, during difficult times with Covid. He kept us updated at all times and nothing seemed to hard for him. It was an exceptional pleasure to have Michael look after our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Michael to anyone.

Peter has been highly professional, correct, efficient and discreet at all stages. These are all qualities that should be a must for any agent, but Peter also showed to be uncommonly intelligent and I always had the feeling that I was dealing with a nice and smart person who happens to be a very good Real Estate agent, and not with an agent who is just trying (like many others) to be nice and smart. And that's a GREAT difference... He showed a well balanced approach to the sale and spent all necessary time to explain and answer questions, both by email and over the phone. And he got the result he wanted and we wanted: perfect!

We are so grateful that we stumbled across Michael. He has maintained excellent communication with us throughout the whole process and has dealt really well with the additional restrictions in place during Covid lockdown. At the end of the day Michael was able to secure us a price we didn't imagine possible for our property and we are extremely happy!
