Mark was very polite, patient and approachable at all times together with being reliable, understanding and kind towards my Mother, Margaret who was selling her home for the first time after living at 610 Chisholm Street, Black Hill for 67 years (not an easy thing for her to do but it was time for her to downsize at almost 88 years of age).
