Never ignoring to call back. Never not replying to text messages. Relentlessly and repeatedly doing open homes to sell our property amidst a very turbulent market. Peter has an amazing skill at re-assuring us and keeping our anxiety at bay. He is experienced, decisive, sharp, and above all professional and ethical.

Peter was extremely friendly and prompt in all communications. He had great knowledge of the area and the house we bought. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all conditions and that the sale went through smoothly. Peter would be our first call for any future property acquisitions or sales.

I cannot speak high enough of James. He is friendly and knowledgeable and so caring and approachable. I loved that he took the time to answer my questions and calls. I cannot recommend him enough, id give him 20 stars instead of 5 if I could. I could honestly say he is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to buy a house with. Thanks James for everything.

Liam was tremendous working within the constraints we had on our purchase. 3rd house with Liam so he must be good. I would use him again

After living in our current home for over 30 years it was important to have a genuine knowledgable honest agent. Mark's professionalism and that of his Team was outstanding in that we felt at ease with their communications, informed at all times and on track to meet our desired result. The process was effortless apart from preparations to sell and open houses. Would recommend Buxton's to anyone for that reason. We thank Mark and the team for helping us to move onto the next stage of our lives.

Pete was absolutely fantastic to deal with for the purchase of our new property. There were multiple bids and we were kept informed at all times at where the price was, and what are options were. Peter went above and beyond to assist in the process and we cannot be happier with our new property

Mark believed he could sell our home even when we had doubts. He was spot on with pricing and we accepted an offer in under a week.

Mark was extremely professional. He was knowledgeable, honest, skilled and experienced. He displayed high level communication skills, provided appropriate advice and was most respectful of us and our property.

Mark is a friendly, calm and no nonsense real estate agent whose knowledge of the market is second to none in Ballarat. After less than a week on the market he was able to lock in a deal I was happy with and also negotiated a short settlement as well.

Liam was a straight shooter through out the process. He was responsive and genuine. I would use Liam if I was to sell the property I just purchased.
