My house sale was quick, stress free and I got a great price. I would highly recommend Mark to sell your property.

It's hard to sell entry level property in a market where the government is handing out $20k for people to build a new house, and the builders are also chipping in $20k. We've persisted with Mark, and he has achieved a result within our asking range. Communication has been good, he is well known and respected in town and knows the area very well. Thank you Mark.

After actively searching for an investment property for the past 9 months, and dealing with various agents in that process, we found Chris to be an agent that we could have confidence in. His professionalism and openness in the negotiations process made our purchase a very positive experience. Thanks Chris.

Peter was an outstanding agent. He was so professional in all dealings with me and his knowledge of the market was incredible. He did his research before meeting with me and had all the answers I needed ready to go. I have sold multiple properties and dealt with other agents whom did not provide the service that I received from Peter. He kept me up to date with my property, viewings and offers. He went over and above and is by far the best agent I have found. He was friendly, helpful and a great communicator. He didn't pressure me to sell my property or to reduce the price. I would not go anywhere else to sell after this experience.

Chris was a delight to work with, he had good local knowledge, and was able to facilitate a quick and easy negotiation on the price. He was also able to view the property on request to advise of certain aspects of the property. Highly recommended Agent.

We found Mark Nunn at Buxton Realestate to be very enthusiastic in regards to selling our property. Mark was very easy to to deal with & achieved our goal for a time line to sell in 8 weeks & also and most important achieved the price we wanted. We would highly recommend Mark Nunn & his team at Buxton to anyone. We have been with two other real estateagents in Ballarat and with our experience our tennant was behind in the rent and both of the other agents through this was acceptable when switching over to Buxton within under a month our tennant was up to date. Anyone choosing an agent needs to consider Mark at Buxton
