My wife and I were very happy with process of the sale of our house via Liam Crowley and Buxton Real estate. Liam was very professional in his attitude through the whole process. We gained a better than average price for our house, and it was sold within 4 weeks. Cheers

We were very happy with Mark and the team at Buxton, they helped us to achieve an excellent result with the sale of our property. We were kept well informed during the sale campaign, and Mark's skill as an auctioneer was exceptional. We would gladly recommend Buxton realestate to anyone looking to sell a property.

James is very professional and dedicated to his customers. He went above and beyond any expectations. Whether it was questions, answers, information or viewing days and times. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone in using him

Both Peter and Ben were calm, respectful and friendly making it a no hassle process in an already stressful situation. It was refreshing to have an agent who actually listened and showed genuine interest.

When I started looking for a agent for my mother's property, I expected to find a heap of 'talkers'. And I did. But I also found Mark Nunn. Living in Sydney and helping mum sell her Ballarat property, Mark made it easy for me, and especially for Mum. He did exactly what he said he would. He extracted every ounce of value from the transaction and had a contract in hand in 2 weeks with an amazing price. And he knew the market and worked hard to find the right buyers. I trust him. My mum trusts him. You should too.

If your thinking of selling or buying, I would absolutely recommend Liam Crowley from Buxton Ballarat. We recently sold our house in Black Hill with him. Liam kept us up to date the whole way through the process. He also achieved our sale price. He was a true professional. Thanks Liam. Sunny and I wish you, and all the team at Buxton all the best.
Liam Crowley
I was fortunate enough to purchase and sell my property through Liam. In both cases he was fabulous to work with, his communication, market knowledge and passion for his job made for an excellent experience both times. He was always available for a chat and kept me up to date during the process. Liam has excellent market knowledge and from chatting with him you can tell that he has an authentic passion for real estate. If you are looking for a Genuine, knowledgable agent - Liam is your man. I would happily recommend Liam to family + friends and would certainly use him again in the future.

Like most family's we're really busy. Two little kids, I have a business & my wife works. We wanted someone to "handle" the sale of our property so we didn't have to worry and Peter did everything we could hope for and did it well.
Peter Burley
Always stayed in contact with us,pleasure to have him sell our house.
