Mark was very engaging and easy to talk to. We met him several times via this process and were impressed with his enthusiastic style. It was this enthusiasm that led me to choose him and the Buxton team over others when it came time for me to choose a real estate agent to sell my home. After the first open house Mark identified potential purchases. His team worked diligently to accomodate after hours home inspections. The couple made an offer which was significantly increased after Mark sat down and talked to the purchases at length. Thus not only was a quick sale affected it a very satisfactory price was agreed on I reiterate I would haveno hesitation to recommend Mark to others who wish to sell their home.

My Husband and I had purchased another property in Central Ballarat. This was a very quick negotiation and had put us in a bit of a spin. We had Mark come and give us an Appraisal on our Family home and right from the time I opened the door his Profesional attitude shined. He made us feel very much at ease with his knowledge of what propertys had recently sold in our area and what for. He also gave great tips on how to present our home. Mark always contacted us after an open house or inspection, which I greatly appreciate, our house sold very quickly and Marks negotiating skills were impressive working very well with us. I recently bought a house in Wendouree as an investment property. Mark was very obliging when it came to making an appointment for the inspection as I traveled from Melbourne. When it came to the final inspection, I asked Mark to have a look for me saving having to travel up again and the time to do it. Once again, it was no trouble for him to go past the property. Would certainly recommend him and use him for any future purchases/sales.
