Joel is a very professional real estate agent. After six months on the market, Joel brokered an excellent price for my property. At all times he kept me well informed of any discussions and possible offers. My house was a tenanted property and he teamed cooperatively with the tenants for open house viewings. He was fully aware of the market value of the property and only sought realistic offers and buyers. I would certainly recommend him to sell your property.
