We had a fantastic experience with Brayden, and would highly recommend. He was honest and upfront about what he thought our property would actually sell for in this current market, and gave great tips on styling our home for sale. We had multiple offers, sold within 3 weeks (over the quiet Christmas period) and achieved maximum asking price. His professionalism and great attitude made the process very enjoyable, and we would not hesitate to sell with him again.

Brayden and his team certainly know the regional areas around Ballarat very well. They do their homework and come up with the goods. My partner has bought and sold more than 20 properties in his life and he said Brayden would have to be one of the best he has come across. Some agents work for the commission but Brayden works for the client. He was polite, professional, friendly, and punctual and always returned our messages and calls.

Joel had a fantastic work ethic and went above and beyond to sell my property. The sale of this property was difficult, but Joel did not give up and persisted to achieve a result. Joel was a great communicator and always made himself available to answer any questions, which included after hours. Thanks Joel

Honest and realistic real estate agent. Definitely worth going too.

Peter was great to deal with. We got 3 other agents in to value the property, all of which gave outlandish estimates of what we could achieve for our property (we had a fairly good idea of what the property is worth). Peter went through what it was worth and provided great comparables. Follow ups on people through the property was great and we sold the property for the price we had it on the market for, and what it was valued at initially.

Brayden was the stand out when we started looking at agents to sell our property. He is very down to earth and made the whole process extremely easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to engage Brayden again when buying or selling.
