We had a set goal we were unwilling to compromise on. Despite this, Dan was always professional and courteous, returned all of our calls and emails, and kept us informed through the process. He was resourceful in his approach and changed strategies when the market changed. He sold our property within the time frame, and at the price which we set for him.
