Mark was brilliant. I have a busy schedule and the last thing I wanted was to worry about all the little bits and pieces. Mark looked after and managed all of these things beautifully. Communication was great, his team is exceptional, and before we knew it, we had sold our house for a price we were extremely happy with. The process was easy and that's exactly how I wanted it to be.

I'd been recommended Mark by a friend, and the experience did not disappoint. Mark was available and patient with my questions, had excellent knowledge of the market and the area, and worked hard to achieve a result beyond our expectations. The process was smooth, quick and I would absolutely use him to sell again. Thank you for a great sale, Mark.

After many meetings with agents during my recent search for a property, I was relieved to encounter James who was a breath of fresh air and made me feel as though the purchase was a part of the 'this was meant to be' process! Friendly yet professional, with excellent communication skills, James has made the transaction a pleasurable experience, and is an agent I felt I could really trust.

We reached out to Buxton via an online inquiry as we would be selling our house. Mark arranged a time to visit us to discuss the what he and the team could do for us to successfully sell our house. We felt Mark was welcoming and confident which in turn gave us confidence to sign with him. Our house sold within a few weeks and both Mark and his team helped us achieve a good final figure. We would not hesitate to sell with Mark or Buxton again.

Pete is awesome at what he does and I can see why he is one of Ballarat's top agents. He was extremely professional, honest, and upfront about the whole process. He made, what can be a stressful time, so easy and special for us. We couldn't recommend Pete highly enough to people looking for the perfect agent!!

We have purchased and sold property with Tim this year. After sitting on the market for more than three months with another Ballarat agent, Tim came up with a marketing plan that really worked, and we sold the property sight unseen within a couple of weeks. Tim has excellent financial acumen balanced with a warm personality and no "hard sell". We look forward to working with Tim again in the future. A real credit to the team at Buxton!

We bought our house in Ballarat some 10 years ago. Our daughter lived in it while at Fed Uni and then we rented it. With Government changes to rental laws, regional value boom and Covid a “perfect storm” to sell. We had briefly tried to sell it a couple of years ago but we felt let down by the agent’s false expectations. This time we offered the property to 5 agents in Ballarat. We interviewed each of them and sought their evaluation and advice on presentation. There was a fair amount of consistency with price and advice st it came down to confidence and trust. Peter Burley came over as personable, experienced honest and keen to put in his best effort. We had dealt with Buxton before, and found the company reliable. He offered us a 20 minute Zoom meeting to make a pitch. We spoke for over an hour and we felt we got to know him. This was the deal changer. We discussed stylists, garden prep and how much we should spend on the house to prepare it. Throughout the sales process Pete held our hand and gave us the best advice as any issues arose. We met him just once in person. We live in Melbourne 150 Km away. He managed every aspect of the sale brilliantly and the outcome was well above our expectations. Pete Burley and his team made it so much easier to let our Ballarat house go. His service was seamless from beginning to end. We have no hesitation in recommending him and Buxton Ballarat to any prospective vendor or purchaser.
