All round this is a fantastic agency. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues. Good reports are provided on property inspections (now videos) and super responsive agents/ staff. The most recent letting process was probably the only thing that was a little disappointing - with over 40 people viewing the home I was not given a single bit of feedback on why they were not applying (price point presumed to be ok due to the number of people in only 3-4 open homes). It would have been good to get this to adjust the advert (or price) accordingly.
