The service from Image has been excellent, right from the pre-tenancy stage, where Kirsty-Lee the BDM did a great job. Since then during the actual Management of the Property, I’ve been impressed with their levels of communication, and the good blend between sometimes emailing me, and sometimes calling me. I've been with Image Property Aspley since I bought my property in Brisbane a couple of years back and have been nothing but impressed with their service and attention to detail. I get regular updates about everything happening at the house. Just recently our tenants announced they were leaving, and within a month, Tahlia and her team had organised viewings, and secured a new tenant for more money than the old ones, and a 12 month lease! I'm probably a terrible client cause I never answer emails, but they are so patient, and never ever aim to deliver anything but the best for me...
