From first on site introductions with Image Property Business Marketing Manager Sian at our newly refurbished rental property, being advised of the process of advertising through to tenancy, then to our hands on Property Manager Zara and her team who personally delivered a professional, warm rapport throughout & with each team member delivering a very respectful & informative approach. Zara has been supportive and liaised, updated, discussed, guided and reassured us - all the way through this process - from open home days and times, feedback on the number of individuals viewing on those days, applications, to the property being suitably rented. Knowledge and timing great.
