Image Property have been managing our property for a number of years now. They have always been very professional and have shown a sound knowledge of local rental market conditions. We have had quality tenants in each tenancy and the processes in place for payments and communication with us as landlords is seamless and operates extremely well. Our current Property Manager - Jacinta is magnificent and her communication with us during recent letting processes has been of a very high standard - keeping us up to date and informed at all times. We recently had a tenant occupy our property who had moved from interstate without viewing the property. After occupying for a couple of weeks the tenant decided that the property was not suited to her needs ( location and a few small maintenance issues) and commenced a campaign to break lease without penalty. Jacinta managed the situation with professionalism, communicating well the tenant, managing their expectations and ensured a good outcome for us as landlords. Well done Jacinta. As interstate landlords, it was great to meet with Jacinta on a recent trip to Brisbane, both my wife and I are very happy with her high level of customer service and her great communication skills.
