A big thanks to Hayley, our property manager, for her professionalism in handling our ex-tenant, who needs to be evicted. The whole process from getting appointment at QCAT and insurance claims to letting and getting new tenants in has been done seamlessly and she always communicate with us to let us know of every development.

What a pleasure it has been dealing with the team so far as this is our first Rental Property and being Interstate the whole process has been very smooth and simple. Communication and the Advertising Campaign have been excellent as we have been kept up to date with every Inspection that has taken place which made it very easy for us to make a decision on our tenants. I cant fault the guys one bit and would highly recommend their Service.

They have been managing our property for over 6+ years. During this time, we have had many ups and downs but we have always worked with them to get all the issues resolved. We understand that things do go wrong sometimes and together we can fix it. Sadly, for the last 6 months or so (April 2022), we are very dissatisfied with level of service and advise that we are received from them. In our opinion, they have neglected our property and failed to communicate the issues. Sorry, Image I will not recommend you to anyone at this point of time!
