Needs to be customer focussed.
Overall my experience with Image property hasn’t Ben great. I believe property manager needs to be client focussed and needs to improve on Service level.

A great team to work with
We have been using the services of Image Property Aspley for many years. As an interstate landlord the services of great property managers are invaluable. Good communication and follow up to owner queries
Happy with the updates with a challenging time of year for my tenant to break lease. Some details in maintenance were not completed in a timely manner which may have affected viewings. Would have preferred the 360degree video to be produced after the property was properly presented.

Zero hassle experience
Image Property manage my property in Brisbane. As I live overseas I am looking for a manager that can independently manage my property using their local expertise and have flexibility to communicate through different communication channels. Image have been great to work with, are reliable, flexible and responsive. They are highly recommended.
