We recently had a duplex finish construction and within a week of the agency being handed the keys, a tenant was secured for the 3 bedroom unit and a week later a tenant was secured for the 2 bedroom unit. The agency arranged all the things expected in finding a tenant for both these units. They arranged for both units to be wiped down and the yards presented in welcoming manner for the new tenants.
