I’ve been with Image Property team since 2016 when I first bought my first property in North Lakes. Image Property team now manages 3 of my properties in the area. As I’m from Sydney, I don’t have time to worry about any issues and I am unable to access the properties for any problems so I‘ave put the full 100% responsibility on them. I’ve had 3 agents from the beginning - Kayla, Talitha and Monika. These girls are brilliant, fantastic, amazing (not enough words to describe them) On each changeover, I told the girls that I would trust their judgement in any and full decisions they make and allow them to make the decisions on my behalf. They’ve never made a wrong decision. One property has had the same tenants since day 1. Rental income is paid on time. Communication is always delivered. Other local agents are trying to win business but Image Property can be comfortable in knowing that they will always manage my properties. Image Property have been managing my investment property for quite some time. They have always kept me informed, responded to my queries promptly, ensured any issues raised by tenants where passed onto me so that they could be addressed quickly-mostly odd jobs to ensure everything in the apartment was in working order.
