Roughly 3 years ago, Sam sold us our house in Griffin and I left a great review on him on how he kept us sane while going through an interstate purchase during covid lockdowns. I noted there that if we ever wanted to sell, we would definitely look to use Sam and we did. Sam, again, was amazing to deal with. We were concerned about the process of buying and selling at the same and Sam gave us a number of options to consider that didn't make us feel pressured. We tried for an off-market sale and after not really getting an offer we would entertain, we went on the market and had our house under contract in a week with a sale price we are very happy with.
