Standard service without the bells and whistles
I was onboarded to Archer as part of their business acquisition of my old Property manager. I’ve found service to be standard at best, and frustrating and concerning at worst. I was given market comparisons for furnished properties when mine is unfurnished; I was advised my documents were lost in the transition from the purchased business to Archer - but I only found out some month or years afterwards. This has been escalated and I’ve given Mitchell and Archer an opportunity to correct. I have also considered leaving (which I also advised to Archer).

Amazing Service
I have recently rented out my brand new apartment through Archer real estate and have been dealing with Chelsey. She has been FANTASTIC!!! She is so kind and always willing to help! She kept in constant contact with me through every single process and has made my first time as a landlord a total breeze. I would highly recommend Chelsey to anyone wanting to rent their property out!
