We were looking to sell our investment apartment in a really tough market. When Alex took it over it had already been on the market for 4 months and there was no sign of anything happening. Our tenants had also vacated so the apartment was empty, and I thought I was looking at having it on the market for a year or more. Alex took over just before Christmas and from the very beginning he made a lot of improvements in our presentation (took new photos and fixed some things that we had not noticed) and all of a sudden potential buyers started appearing. As soon as the season started again in February the apartment was sold and we got a good price for it considering the state of the market. I have a lot of admiration for Alex for his skill and knowledge of the market and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
