An honest agent with a unique way of selling

We decided to go with Jason to sell our old house after buying the new property from him. Initially we had another agent in mind but the combination of his professionalism and market knowledge as well his usage of an transparent online platform to accept offers was enough that we thought we'd give him a shot. He was very clear when setting up the sale, giving us options as well his opinions on the various marketing platforms as well as having contacts for real or virtual staging and photography. He was also able to give his thoughts on what would have the biggest impact when it came to our limited budget for improvements. During the campaign he did plenty of open homes, both during the week and on the weekends to get the most interest and worked hard to follow up with prospective buyers and keep us in the loop about what was happening. The place had strong interest and ended up selling for a good price. Having recently been the buyer in the same scenario the bidding platform was great for getting a fair market price without using pushy sales tactics or FOMO, which was important to us. The only issues we had were some small technological hiccups, like the platform linking to another building report for a few days, and the styling of the site not being quite right when viewed on different devices. Maybe as tech professionals we notice those sort of things more, and it certainly didn't seem to impact the sale, it was just a bug in an otherwise perfect experience.
