He also has excellent communication skills and understands both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives very well. When we first met Jason he had a compass on display - out of the seventy homes that we had seen at that point - no agent had ever taken the time to do this simple thing that allow the buyer to know which way the home is oriented! It was the small things that he attended to that made the difference with Jason. He clearly had the vendors interests in mind but also those of the ourselves at all times. His understanding of the area surrounding the property, the property itself - as he had previously sold the same property ten years earlier - and his understanding of the strata rules and policies made him an invaluable asset in the process of this purchase. We found him to be the very professional and a pleasure to liaise with throughout. In what most people would consider a stressful and challenging event—Jason made it seem quite natural. We would recommend his services to anyone looking to sell.
