Nick was a great agent to work with as a vendor. He really puts the customer first, made time to answer our questions and get on calls at any time, always being very friendly and professional. We really appreciated his wealth of knowledge and experience in the local property market. The whole experience from initial consultation, to singing up, to listing and advertising, help with renovations, and getting us the best offer was pretty seamless. There was one minor hiccup with the contracted renovations due to a miscommunication but Nick went above and beyond to take ownership and rectified the issue immediately even taking less commission to bear the cost himself.
