The King of Derrimut!

My husband and I were hopeful first home buyers back in 2016 when we first encountered Nick at a house inspection in Derrimut. We ran into him a few times over multiple inspections and both commented to each other how we loved the agent's chill attitude and jokes - and that he didn't give off that vibe of 'slimy, desperate Estate Agent'. We just so happened to buy our very first home from that very agent, Nick Makroglou. The process was smooth, and we always felt that Nick was being open and transparent with us. Over the years Nick kept in touch with frequent property and area reports that showed great growth in the Derrimut area and I always appreciated the detailed knowledge that he shared with us. Fast forward nearly a decade: the time came to sell! Who else to call but Nick!? Nick handled EVERYTHING for us. He organised all the upgrades to the property which had experienced some wear and tear from our wonderful small family and some young tenants. When I suggested a replacement of the carpet Nick challenged that we should instead add floorboards and then rattled off a ton of information why this would be appropriate for the market - from that point on I thought this is all very boring and let Nick take the wheel. The house was transformed! AND best of all I didn't have to do a thing! Nick organised a 2-week campaign and we sold the house at a price we had not ever dreamed possible, and we could not have been happier. I'm confident to recommend Nick because I've been on both sides of the process with him. And at both stages, nearly 10 years apart, I felt confident I was not being ripped off or lied to and appreciated Nick's warm energy and ridiculous amount of knowledge. Literally this guy can give you stats upon stats upon stats about sales in Derrimut.
