A real estate agent you can truly trust and rely on from start to finish.
We met Vish for the first time at an open house inspection and found him to be very knowledgeable of the property we were looking at and also of the surrounding area of Caroline Springs. Ended up this was the house we were actually lucky enough to purchase but if it wasn't for Vish and his very reliable communication and knowledge of the real estate industry it may have been a different story. He sat down with us and went through the entire process and any questions we had was always answered to our satisfaction and understanding. My wife and I would highly recommend Vish to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property especially in Caroline Springs and surrounding areas. This was a smooth ride for us thanks to you Vish, always wishing you the best mate!

An amazing team that you can trust
Quyen and Vish from Harcourts Caroline Springs are an amazing team. Their attention to detail was great from preparation through to the inspection days and finalising the sale. They considered our family when planning and selling our home, recognising that the sale of a home includes everyone! They were able to connect in with great services, such as styling to prepare the home and maximise the look and feel and the overall end sale result. They put thought into how to market the property to include fantastic videos and photos and an engaging first open for inspection. Quyen and Vish delivered on everything they said they would deliver, with regular written and verbal updates so we felt confident about what was happening each week. They did so well the home was only on the market for 10 days with an extraordinary result. I highly recommended them both. They are professional, trustworthy and do a great job!

We could not speak highly enough of Vish and Quyen. They are a truly amazing team that made our experience extremely positive. From the start they impressed us with their knowledge and support. They took the time to explain the finer details and put together a very clever and targeted plan to sell our property. We were also impressed with additional support from the broader team including great advice on how to present the house.
