Jay Giblett would have to be the best real estate agent in the South East of Melbourne and maybe further. He works extremely hard on behalf of his clients. Jay is a pleasant man who is polite and punctual. As a salesman Jay is a super dynamo. This is the first time we have used Jay and O'Brien Real Estate after previously buying and selling seven properties using different agents, (some unsatisfactory). Jay out performed them all.
