As an elderly lady experiencing significant health issues, it was important that I discovered a Real Estate Agent who was easy to relate to and whose experience I could rely on. On meeting Natalie it became very obvious that she fulfilled all requirements and expectations ~ and more. Following a thorough property review Natalie accepted my invitation to sell the City Beach house and a complete set of costs, terms and conditions was forthcoming. Advice was available, on request, of known people who could assist with any necessary preparation for sale requirements. A number of "Home Open" dates were agreed upon. As an offer came ( in excess of my expectations) after the first Home Open, any requirements were quickly fulfilled and we moved to settlement. Nat is a consummate professional whilst being friendly and personable. She works hard for you and knows the market well. She is a long term City Beach resident. I was selling my mother’s long term home and she spent time having a ‘tea and chat’ with mum. She took the time out of her busy schedule to clearly explain processes to mum. Nat is absolutely trustworthy and does not ‘up the price’ just to get the listing. She gave a honest appraisal. We were so happy with the outcome.
