We began the process of selling out property with another company a few months before we signed on with Area Specialist (AS). Those few months before we did were very stressful, and it made it hard for us to trust another company. After being introduced to AS, things turned a corner and improved drastically. She was very professional, patient with our hesitation and my lack of knowledge and provided advice on numerous issues/concerns with preparing the house for market.
