Belinda did a splendid job selling our townhouse investment property. We are based in Victoria and were not on site to do any of the pre-sale or actual sale tasks. Belinda organised and managed the cleaning of our property, and several maintenance tasks that were required to finalise the sale. These tasks were organised quickly and properly across multiple trades. Cleaning and repairs were done to a high standard. The marketing was very nicely done, and we are very happy with the result.
