I purchased a house that Belinda was selling. What I like about Belinda is that she doesn't waffle or play 'games' when it comes to interacting with her. When I identified a problem with the house, Belinda didn't disrespect my comments by trying to contradict what I said. My purchase experience was rather terrible but none of that was because of Belinda but rather the bank I used. However, Belinda kept her cool throughout the process and remained positive, and despite some moments being quite intense, she was quick to identify a misunderstanding and keep our professional relationship on track. After a very stressful process (again not due to Belinda) it was terrific to have her arrive one by surprise one afternoon with a hamper of treats to welcome me to the community and wish me well. If I need a real estate agent in the future, I'll have no compunction about contracting Belinda to do my work.
