I’ve both bought and sold through Robyn and she is always easy to deal with. Robyn has extensive knowledge of the local area market and is bang on the money with pricing which aids in a quick sale as the advertised price is not unachievable. She’s always calm in her dealings and offers suggestions for the issues raised to help make the best decision. For me, I don’t like ‘pushy’ salespeople, which Robyn is not. My husband flew from NSW to Mackay to purchase a property, as we were relocating to the area. Shirlz was easy to negotiate with, was extremely efficient when working with us and the vendors. We had the house negotiations locked and loaded quickly. Shirlz gave us regular updates, contacted the conveyancer to ensure settlement was timely, and even agreed to meet us at our new home to do the settlement as we had our pets being delivered to our property from the airport. Nothing was an issue, Shirlz is a good egg, and someone that when we decide to sell in the future, she will get the listing.
