As an investor who has sold properties from interstate with other agents, the experience has not been great and quite frankly disappointing. Our experience with Robyn was very different, in the best possible way! As an agent myself, I knew how I wanted the sale managed and Robyn was like an extension of me. Being away and having to organise trades on the fly would have been very difficult, however, Robyn is well-connected and was always two steps ahead with everything. She made the process smooth and stress-free, from recommending a good conveyancer to having quotes and maintenance carried out on the property, to securing a buyer quickly and achieving the advertised price for our property. Robyn has been incredible from the start. I have never sold a home before and she made my path very simple from the get go. She was very fair and clear with her commissions and was able to translate all the lingo into sentences I could understand. I had a few issues with my own sale, however Robyn offered a strong shoulder of support and I never felt like I had to figure it out on my own. She was very compassionate and kind and professional. My house will settle with no issues with one happy seller and buyer and tenants who still occupy the house. I would recommend Robyn to anyone in the region.
