We just sold our home with Brett and are stoked with the experience. We spent some time looking around at the best rated agents in our area and were impressed by Brett's experience and marketing. We definitely made the right choice because Brett managed to sell our home within 2 weeks of being on the market, at the first open home....and for a much higher price than we had anticipated! We had several hiccups along the way with other agents/services causing issues, but Brett was there to smooth it all out for us and steer the ship home! Although it wasn't his job, he helped negotiate with the selling agent of the property we were buying to make sure that everything went through. When we felt let down by everyone else, and were seriously stressed, Brett calmed us and reassured that he had it handled. There are some real estate agents who bludge and do the bare minimum to get their profits but Brett is certainly not one of those. He worked very, very hard to make sure our experience was the best it could be. If ever there was an agent who deserves a box of choccies at the end of the process, it's Brett.
