We definitely made the right choice because Brett managed to sell our home within 2 weeks of being on the market, at the first open home....and for a much higher price than we had anticipated! We had several hiccups along the way with other agents/services causing issues, but Brett was there to smooth it all out for us and steer the ship home! Although it wasn't his job, he helped negotiate with the selling agent of the property we were buying to make sure that everything went through. When we felt let down by everyone else, and were seriously stressed, Brett calmed us and reassured that he had it handled. There are some real estate agents who bludge and do the bare minimum to get their profits but Brett is certainly not one of those. He worked very, very hard to make sure our experience was the best it could be. If ever there was an agent who deserves a box of choccies at the end of the process, it's Brett.

After we had to fire the last company 8 weeks inaction etc we were very worried as market dropping and interest rates rocketing. On a personal recommendation Anthony came in after 2 weeks we had a offer. 6 Weeks later house settled. Considering the market today we were wrapped. Anthony even had a loan trailer to borrow which saved us on removalist cost. Anthony was always on time and not standing at door exactly as 30 mins ended like the last agent. Was available when needed and answered our questions very professionally and was knowledgeable on market and areas he was working in. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. After the last horrendous experience we had were amazed the ease and time Anthony sold our home.

Brett was brilliant to work with to deliver a sale. He was honest with his expectations of the process hurdles, where we'd have buyer objectionable and our best course to minimise them. He worked with us before listing as well as post sale. Brett showed passion and ownership in getting offers to the table. He consistently had new buyers available and used multiple ways of connecting into the market to obtain exposure for us. The end result was great for us and the buyer.
