First time seller here, who couldn't be more pleased! I felt with Brett, as though from the very first phone call exchange, all the way to the final hand over of keys, that we were on the "same-page". Brett's attention to detail, and wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the selling process was stellar! Only a phone call away from any question/concern that I had, and always willing to offer a solution and assist. As a first time seller I very much appreciated the experience, and of course the laughs had throughout! 10/10!
