THE BEST AGENT EVER
We’ve sold several properties and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. Alessia worked tirelessly on our behalf and we never felt she was pushing for a sale at any price. Alessia treated our tenants with respect in negotiating their agreement for inspections, sometimes necessarily at short notice. She saved us heaps of time by helping us interpret the building and pest inspection reports, and pertinent Body Corporate regulations. We cannot speak highly enough of Alessia and her company.

Alessia was the best agent we could have found
I am an interstate investor and it was difficult to manage the sale of my property from outside. We found her online by comparing Agents having the top sales in the area. We are so fortunate to have found her as she managed the entire sale process for us seamlessly. Right from arranging top rated trade for fixing issues with the property, pool certification to getting the property staged, she took care of everything in a very reasonable budget. She presented the property really well and got us an offer in first 2 weeks of open house. Cost wise, she negotiated the price at par with the prevailing market rate and did manage to achieve the outcome. She was always prompt and kept me up-to date throughout the process. Alessia gave me the right advice wherever there were risk based decisions that had to be taken. Alessia done a wonderful job and I wish her all the best for her business. SOLD as a street record during challenging times
SOLD as a street record during challenging times. We have cherished and done a lot of work on our home and we wanted an agent who could reflect that and find us a lovely young family to enjoy our home as we have. We listed our home for sale with Anthony just before COVID hit. During the campaign we had 4 offers 2 contracts. Anthony did an awesome video with over 3000 views on social media and sent to viewers during the restrictions. We are extremely happy with the process and sale price. (So are all the neighbours) Anthony had an extremely Professional approach during the sale process, he adapted well and adhered to the new restrictions .
