Khaled and Team at Area Specialist are a top notch real estate agency. They were open are the forefront in terms of the process, they also helped out with the organizing of all the renovations and staging of the house and kept us up to date at every step. Great communication and organizing the various open houses. Great team overall! Price of the house didn't reach our expectations but that was due to market conditions. There was no lack of efforts from the team. Khaled himself has been very helpful and supportive even after the sale and in guiding us towards the purchase of our new property (through another agency). Thank you team!
